My unique approach at Jo Clare stems from a deeply spiritual nature. I create all my products with profound purpose and intent, infusing them with positive energy and a clear vision for their healing properties. This spiritual connection is what truly makes our Aura Sprays, Pulse Point Oils, and Massage Oils stand out, offering more than just fragrance but a holistic experience.
A journey of resilience and renewal
In 2019, I suffered a heart attack. Thanks to the incredible care of the NHS, my life was saved. Yet, just six weeks later, I returned to work, pushing forward and not truly listening to what my body was telling me. By 2023, exhaustion, sleeplessness, and an inability to focus caught up with me. When my dream job ended unexpectedly, I reached breaking point, soon after being admitted to hospital with a suspected tumour on my pituitary gland. Thankfully, it was not a tumour, but a wake-up call to prioritise my health.
From professional life to personal calling
Jo Clare was born from lived experience, resilience, and a deep belief in the importance of wellbeing. With 40 years as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional, I've always been passionate about helping others stay safe and well. However, like many, I pushed myself to the limit, prioritising work and responsibilities while neglecting my own health.
